UNLESS YOU CAN PROVE THIS, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE REJECTED.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT
In order to purchase products from PlayHarda.UK Wholesale, you will need to create an account.
Click Wholesale and then the "sign up" button on the log in page.
After doing this, please provide us with your company details and your log in email to alert us that you wish to create an account.
We can then approve your account and you will have access to the Wholesale store.
HOW TO ORDER
Ordering with us is simple and easy.
1) Add products to your basket.
2) Open your basket and check out.
3) Either screenshot or copy and paste your basket contents, and send it to us using our contact form or email address.
4) Your invoice will be generated, sent to you, and once paid, your order will be shipped.
Please note that we have a minimum order of £100.
ORDERING INFORMATION
As soon as you send your order to us, we will issue you an invoice, and we will begin to process it.
Invoices should be paid within 7 days. If the invoice isn't paid within this period, your order may be cancelled.
PRICING
Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. This may be due to an increase in production costs, inflation or other external factors. Please make sure you check our store regularly for any price changes.
PAYMENTS
Once you receive your invoice, any payments can be made by various methods including Bank Transfers, Credit Cards and other methods. Please contact us to find out more. Full details will be included in the invoice.
STOCK LEVELS
From time to time, products may be showing as out of stock. If you need to know when the product will be back in stock, please get in touch and we can give you an estimated date of when it will be available again where available.
We try to keep stock levels accurate, however, in rare occasions, there may be slight discrepancies in the levels and availability.
For larger quantity orders, we recommend placing a special order. This will be ordered in specially, and can take from 2-6 weeks, depending on products and size of order. To Place a special order, please get in touch with one of our sales agents by phone or email.
SHIPPING
Orders will only be shipped once payment has cleared. Shipping to Mainland UK is a standard flat rate of £6.99 or free on orders over £500.
Shipping to Europe, America and the rest of the world (Anywhere outside of the UK) is a flat rate of £24.00 or free on orders over £750.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or Packstations. A signature will be required upon delivery.
CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. In this case, payment will be refunded.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you need to return a product, please get in touch with us. We can discuss the issue and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
We cannot accept returns of unwanted items for hygiene reasons. We can only accept a return on a faulty item.
CUSTOMS AND RESTRICTIONS
You (as the customer) are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may occur from shipping. All of our products are legal and allowed to be sold in the UK.
You accept all responsibility if you order a product that is illegal or not allowed in your country.
PRIVACY
We do not pass on or sell any details on to third parties. Our website is protected by SSL. We may use your details to get in touch regarding an order, or for promotional emails. You can opt of these by letting us know.

WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ACCOUNT THAT WE BELIEVE TO BE FRAUDULENT, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON WE SEE FIT.
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CLOSE ANY ACCOUNT FOR ANY REASON WE SEE FIT AT ANY GIVEN TIME.
